Youth Exchanges

Eligible: groups of young people
Age of participants: 15-25 years
Number of participants: 16-60
Number of countries: 4 - 35
Duration: 6-21 days

Financial Support:
Travel: 70%
Preparatory Meeting: 100% Travel + 48 euro / day for up-to two persons from each organisation
Preparation: 480 euro / organisation
Activity: 1920 euro + 18 euro / participant / day
Exceptional costs (e.g. Visas, accompanying persons): 100%

Voluntary Service

Eligible: non-profit organisations, local governments, individuals
Age of Volunteer: 18 – 25 years
Duration of Project: 6 - 12 months (shorter periods considered)
No job substitution, No routine tasks, Minimum administrative work

Financial Support:
Travel: 100%
Sending Organisation: 480 euro + 18 euro / month
Volunteer’s Allowance: 140 - 220 euro / month depending on country.
Hosting Organisation: 480 euro + 300 euro / month (organisation responsible for food and shelter)
Exceptional costs (e.g. visas, permits, arrangements for volunteers with special needs): 100%
On-arrival Training: 800 euro
